Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a Yuphoria subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the product and delivery frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment method will be stored securely through Shopify and charged automatically for each scheduled renewal unless the subscription was prepaid.

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled renewal. There is no cancellation fee.

You can manage your subscription through the subscription-management link provided in your order or subscription emails. You may also request assistance through the Contact Us form on our website or by emailing Yuphoria_11@yuphoriastore.com.

Renewal Orders

Cancellations take effect for future renewals. Once a renewal payment has been processed and the order has entered preparation, that shipment cannot be canceled.

Processed renewal orders are subject to Yuphoria’s regular Return and Refund Policy.

Subscription Changes

Any changes to a subscription (including the product), delivery frequency, shipping address, or payment method must be completed before the next renewal is processed.

Changes requested after a renewal has processed are not guaranteed to apply to that shipment.

Payment Issues

If a subscription payment cannot be processed, the payment may be retried. The subscription may be paused or canceled if the payment method cannot be successfully charged.
